: Ever since my son had a bad accident with his car and had to go through the court system and get it put in his face over and over again, he is not as comfortable in his body and has post-traumatic stress about the accident. How can I help him? thanks, Nancy Freaner
Dear Nancy - sorry I have not seen this question earlier, Post traumatic stress relates to three colors Mango, Sea Blue and Gold. I would recommend reviewing these colors and see which of these your son could use some support in. There is also a specific therapeutic I work with my clients that I call ColorPrint Survival. Trauma locks in specific areas of the body, with a specific one of our colors and there is a specific story for the event(s). The theme for all of these traumas is needing to feel safe, needing a dose of courage and needing a way to transform the situation.
