The image that has stayed with me since Sea Blue week is the Waterfall... a heavy strong waterfall and standing underneath it, feeling my strength with the smooth rock below my feet, my body standing upright and full and then the power of cleansing, the cold water cleansing me on the inside with the swiftness of water falling and carrying with it the burden of rubbage internally and recycling it back to nature to break down to its basic parts. Washing away all insensivity, feeling safe and secure in the strenth of my own being.
Maybe you will find this refreshing to imagine in your own way. For me, it has been a new place of refuge, imagining entering this sacred waterfall.
